The representatives of the Kasta Morrely Star Iasi sport club association were involved in the European project “Zumba instead of Zoom” that took place between 25 September and 2 October 2022 in Slovenia.
The project, coordinated by the "Samba" Dance Club from Ruse, Slovenia, involved seven partner organizations from Romania, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey and Italy. The project was funded with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The project aimed to promote the benefits of sport for a healthy lifestyle as a practical way to combat the consequences of online addiction identified more and more often among the younger generation and to promote European Union opportunities of active participation.
